∎ Selected candidate(s) will be required to serve the factory`s mechanical issues staying near the factory area.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Electrical and Mechanical maintenance of all equipment and machinery at the plant.
∎ Prepare maintenance schedule and checklist for all machinery.
∎ Troubleshoot the machinery within a short time without stopping production.
∎ Prepare spare parts list as per schedule.
∎ Contact a third-party vendor for an emergency solution.
∎ Prepare annual maintenance budget for the factory.
∎ Ensure maximum efficiency of current manpower.
∎ Ensuring that staff complies with health, safety, and standard operating procedures.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience as a maintenance engineer.
∎ Experience in Metal Product Manufacturing Industry (e.g. Agri-machinery, Automobile, Cylinder, Kitchenware, etc.) is highly preferable.
∎ Willingness to move near the factory in Manikganj.
