Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in erection and wire stringing of Extra High Voltage (220kV, 380kV, or above) transmission lines.
∎ Proven experience in working with steel lattice towers and EHV conductor systems.
∎ Ability to work at heights and in varying site conditions.
∎ Basic understanding of safe lifting practices and rigging techniques.
∎ Certification in Work at Height or related safety training is an advantage.
∎ Knowledge of tools and equipment used in OHTL construction.
∎ Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform erection of steel lattice towers and poles for Extra High Voltage (EHV) transmission lines (up to 380kV and above).
∎ Execute conductor stringing, sagging, and clipping works, ensuring proper tension and clearances as per engineering standards.
∎ Assist in installation of insulators, spacers, dampers, and other line accessories.
∎ Conduct inspection of tools, equipment, and rigging gear prior to use to ensure safety compliance.
∎ Follow all safety protocols, especially for working at heights and in energized environments.
∎ Read and interpret construction drawings and line profiles accurately.
∎ Coordinate with ground crews and equipment operators to ensure smooth and safe lifting and stringing operations.
∎ Report daily progress, challenges, and safety observations to the site supervisor.
∎ Support in pre-commissioning checks and testing of completed line sections.
∎ Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks regularly.
