∎ B.Sc in Engineering/Diploma in Engineering
∎ Training/Trade Course: Trade Course Pass Certificate
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Managing Capability
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have practical experience in the poultry industry.
∎ Must be capable of monitoring the Ventilation system and troubleshooting as required.
∎ Should be capable of Monitoring proper feeding & watering systems needful bird behavior.
∎ Ensuring minimum spare parts required during operation & cleaning period .Also need to focus on how to manage it locally.
∎ If any discrepancy of Generator or Sub station, Normally those are useful for shed electrical systems needs to inform higher management.
∎ Should be capable of managing all kinds of operational Hazards and ensuring a safe working environment.
∎ Must have good Technical knowledge of Hatchery Machinery.
∎ Maintaining daily check list with monitoring daily temperature report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Must be a team player with good presentation skills.
∎ Should have a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to maintain self-composure in a high-pressure workplace.
