Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop software in C/C++ and Java, Python. Be comfortable with maintaining existing software.
∎ Develop Hardware and test using multimeter, logic analyzer and oscilloscope, test code, and building small test circuit, etc.
∎ Develop software for the embedded processor like ARM Cortex, PIC Microcontroller, MSP430, etc.
∎ Must be familiar with C/C++ pointers, byte ordering, byte alignment, and various hardware related issues.
∎ Familiarity with ECG/EEG signals, Oxygen generation techniques, Ventilator operation, etc.
∎ Knowledge of Real Time Operating Systems, interrupts, DMA, Timers, SPI, I2C, UART, GPIO, CAN, ADC, Register programming, TCP/IP, Sockets, Digital and Analog sensors etc. Should have sound and working knowledge to design with BJT, Mosfets, Power Supply; biasing BJT and Mosfet and various type of BJT and Mosfet circuits Have worked with Power Mosfets and complimentary pairs.
∎ Develop schematic circuit diagram using Eagle and KiCad, design a PCB layout, send to PCB manufacturer, test manufactured PCB.
∎ Solder components on PCB.
∎ Must be familiar with using SMD and through hole components, soldering, soldering paste, soldering oven hardware. Should be familiar with Radio Frequency circuits and used Spectrum Analyzer and Vector Network Analyzer.
∎ Familiarity with Smith Chart and filter design and impedance matching. Must be seasoned in Java programming language.
∎ Develop multi-threader server and PC application that interact with our developed hardware.
∎ Design 3D model of the product and 3D print the model. Familiarity with SolidWorks is preferred.
∎ Familiarity with PCB etching, CNC milling, 3D printing using FDM and Resin printer is a plus.
∎ Jence is opening up a Medical Electronics division and fill up a few Embedded Systems Engineer positions. Those who are familiar with ECG/EEG, Oxygen Concentrator, Ventilator operator, etc., hardworking and willing to work on both advanced hardware and software, have very good understanding of microcontrollers and embedded systems real-time programming, good in C/C++, Java, Python, have designed hardware with microcontrollers and coded the firmware, and reasonable grasp on medical test equipment, should consider applying.
