∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ 1-5 years of experience in the quality control department of a precast pile plant, ready mix concrete industry, or heavy manufacturing environment
∎ Knowledge of concrete batching, formwork, reinforcement, and curing processes
∎ Understanding of concrete technology, mix designs, curing methods, and testing procedures
∎ Familiarity with quality assurance tools
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and systems
∎ Problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in inspecting raw materials (cement, aggregates, steel, admixtures) to ensure compliance with specifications.
∎ Perform routine inspections of molds, reinforcements, batching, casting, curing, and finished precast piles
∎ Run slump tests, compressive strength tests, cube/cylinder testing, and other standard quality tests
∎ Identify any deviations or defects in production and report them for corrective action
∎ Ensure compliance with quality standards
∎ Assist in investigating product defects and quality issues
∎ Prepare records of test results, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs)
∎ Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management
∎ Work closely with the Quality Control Supervisor and Inspector to analyze and improve production processes
