Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accord Alliance, Civil Construction
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Works on design, drawing, and legal approval process required in construction work for factories and other establishments
∎ Works on Detail Engineering Assessment (DEA) report on RCC and steel structures
∎ Prepares design as per standard of BNBC, ACCORD (RSC), Alliance (Nirapon) & other government body guidelines
∎ Prepares budget and and ensures project costing is as estimated
∎ Manages project related all civil works are according to drawing & specification
∎ Prepares project plan and ensures timely accomplishment
∎ Ensures quality of work
∎ Carefully observes the CAPs given by various authorities regarding safety-related requirements for rectification/ improvements /remedy and repair of establishments

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge on various civil engineering software (e.g. Auto CAD, STAAD pro, ETABS and other structural analysis & design software, Ferro scanning etc.)
