Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Technology or IE from any reputed University ( IE will get preference).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Experience in working spinning mills will get preference., Production Management (Spinning), Textile Engineering, yarn manufacturing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Spinning, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and Monitor the Production process, mechanical/utility operation from head office & take effective measures timely to implement all the quality parameters in every process.
∎ To co-ordinate with the production, maintenance, utility, supply chain and Quality teams to ensure smooth operation & optimum productivity.
∎ Prepare in advance quality control guide lines, listing out the types of faults to be looked into in respect of standard operations and give guidelines to the respective persons for effective pre-production planning.
∎ To ensure efficient running of all machinery in order to get consistent yarn production with standard quality.
∎ To maintain schedule maintenance strictly at standard level in line with the approval of the Management.
∎ To maintain minimum waste % in all production process maintaining quality standard.
∎ To find out the faults about technical problem & quality measurement and report to the higher authority on time and take necessary action accordingly.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Technical knowledge in related machines and production process.
∎ Self motivated and self organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (oral & written) in English.
∎ Sound Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, word and excel is a must.
∎ Report producing for management.
∎ Have to visit factory weekly or as and when required.
∎ Able to work under pressure, team Work, negotiation Skill.
∎ Managing ability with problem solving & analytically skills.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction with required quality by visiting factories.
Salary: Negotiable
