Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, design, build, test, and inspect mechanical components and systems, such as machines, tools, and engines.
∎ Create & maintain a register of all workshop equipment to manage the timely calibration and maintenance of this equipment to the highest standard.
∎ Produce monthly and annual transport statistics and reports, to review performance and recommend procedural enhancement.
∎ Control the issue of stock items to Technicians, ensuring all materials are requisitioned from stores in the correct manner.
∎ Assessing project requirements.
∎ Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient.
∎ Assessing project requirements.
∎ Project Manpower handling.
∎ Measuring the performance of mechanical components, devices and engines.
∎ Agreeing budgets, timescales and specifications with clients and managers.
∎ Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient.
∎ Undertaking relevant research.
∎ Producing and implementing designs and test procedures.
∎ Presenting designs to managers and clients.
∎ Testing, evaluating, modifying and re-testing products.
∎ Planning & monitoring the progress of the project.
∎ To maintain time log sheet of project equipment.
∎ Supervise all maintenance vendors & Other's.
∎ Finding out ways for cost minimization which need to be included manpower,
∎ Machine, Materials, Method and Money.
∎ Contacting potential clients to establish report and arrange meetings.
∎ Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
∎ Preparing sales contracts; following company rules and guidelines.
∎ To ensure business development.
∎ To ensure project/site labor Management.
∎ To ensure top supervision & project progress as per Work Schedule.
∎ Time to time meeting and reporting with project personnel's.
∎ Coordinate with the billing department.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Writing reports and documentation.
∎ Effective technical skills.
∎ The ability to work under pressure.
∎ Interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to have a good relationship with the client.
