Job Context:
∎ Quantam Group is one of the progressive & modern Group of Companies in Bangladesh deals in Engineered / Fabricated Steel Structure Building, EPS/ Rock wool Sandwich Panel, Portable Cabin, U-Pvc Doors & Windows, and Implement Civil Constructions. The Group needs:
∎ Engineer / Sr. Engineer_ Sales (For Pre-Fabricated Steel Structure / Building, Sandwich Panel etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be target oriented and meet sales target as per requirement of the company.
∎ Having desire to earn more incentive by increasing more sales.
∎ Must have good relation with various consultants of civil engineering works, consultant of steel structure building, renowned architects, Managing directors, directors of various industries, chief engineers etc.
∎ Having well experience and familiarity in steel structure industry.
∎ Initiate and develop contact with potential clients and work with principles to secure new clients and projects.
∎ Work with technical staff to develop proposal and scopes of work.
∎ Having good relation with top Management of various organizations to sell Pre-fabricated Steel Structure / Building, Sandwich Panel etc.
∎ Must have Strong sales skill with having interpersonal, communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Dynamic, self-motivated and self-organized with positive attitude.
∎ Ability to work as a team member under pressure.
∎ Strong desire of continuous learning and self-development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3/4 year(s) in related field of Pre-fabricated steel structure construction firms.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Very attractive sales commission will be given.
