Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have experience in construction of minimum 5-7 Multi-Storied Building under direct supervision, should have experience on road construction,making of water reservoir & underground pump house,building fire safety and earth quake prevention work.
∎ Candidate should be to do and work in civil design,Auto CAD 2D,3D, BNBC Code,DEA & MEP, can prepare of BOQ,make soil test report from BUET/MIST,can prepare of cost estimation.
∎ Manage & ensure safety of renovation work,repairing work(all sorts of),maintain carpentry workshop,sanitary work,plumbing work, utility work & water management system as per the company requirements.
∎ Ability to prepare factory plan layout,floor plan layout& factory load plan,ensure of quality of construction. Must have experience seeking approval of civil design, drawing,doc and other issue from (BEPZA,Accord,RAJUK,LGD Titas,DOE,BGMEA etc)
∎ Develop work plan and follow up its execution and take necessary steps fro corrective actions plan.Any other task assigned by management as per requirement.Ability to work under pressure,hardworking and self-motivated.
