∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Proficiency in Bengali: Must have proven native-level Bangla language skills.
∎ English Proficiency: High IELTS score required (minimum 7.5 overall, with no band below 7.0 preferred).
∎ Typing Speed: Minimum 45 words per minute (WPM) in both Bangla and English.
∎ Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office, translation software, and transcription tools.
∎ Attention to Detail: Ability to handle complex terminology, particularly in finance, trading, and investment sectors.
∎ Experience: At least 2+ years in translation, interpretation, or a related role preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Translate financial, technical, and general content between English and Bangla with precision and cultural sensitivity.
∎ Work on a variety of materials, including reports, internal communications, investor materials, marketing content, and video transcripts.
∎ Ensure translations maintain the original meaning, style, and context.
∎ Proofread and edit translations for accuracy, fluency, and clarity.
∎ Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistency in terminology and language.
∎ Assist with live translations when necessary.
