American Accent, American English, English Teacher
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct an assessment of current employees' English proficiency and develop a plan to improve their skills.
∎ Collaborate with subject matter experts, management, and cross-functional teams to identify learning and development needs.
∎ Develop and prepare the study curriculum, and training materials, such as facilitator guides, participant guides, and job aids, and provide appropriate feedback.
∎ Design and develop innovative and engaging training programs using a variety of delivery methods, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and virtual instructor-led training.
∎ Conduct online pre-assessment for job candidates and provide training sessions online.
∎ Create engaging and informative PowerPoint presentations.
∎ Retain the interest of learners in the class.
∎ Establish & maintain good rapport with the students.
∎ Creating and Reporting performance data of the Trainees to the management.
∎ Continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in learning and development to ensure our programs are innovative and effective.
