∎ Familiarity with Cambridge & IB assessment methods
∎ Ability to integrate digital learning tools and interactive teaching strategies
∎ Commitment to student-centered and inquiry-based learning approaches
∎ Ability to relocate to Narsingdi and commit for at least two years

∎ Guide students in literary analysis, creative writing, and research-based projects
∎ Provide constructive feedback and track student progress
∎ Prepare students for Cambridge & IB assessments, including coursework and extended essays
∎ Foster a love for literature, language, and global perspectives
∎ Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school leadership to enhance learning outcomes
∎ Engage in continuous professional development (CPD)
∎ Contribute to the school’s literacy and extracurricular programs
