Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in IPE/CSE/Textile or BBA from reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process Analysis:
∎ Defining current process map (People, Process Steps, Documents, Technology) for all cases and scenarios
∎ Working with stakeholders and the project manager to design the new business processes.
∎ Getting educated on industry accepted business practices.
∎ System Design:
∎ Preparing Configuration Blueprint according to the approved process flow
∎ Preparing Customization Design according to the business requirement
∎ Preparing Report and Printout Design
∎ Configure the software as per business requirement.
∎ Understanding the software capabilities, transaction processing and configuration settings
∎ User Training:
∎ Developing training materials.
∎ Training the users
∎ Documenting new work procedures (standard operating procedures/ desk level instructions)
∎ System Testing:
∎ Simulating Process and System
∎ Developing and executing software test cases and scenarios.
∎ Coordinating user acceptance testing with key end-users.
∎ Identifying improvement opportunities.
∎ Identifying and documenting software gaps, project issues and decisions.
∎ Driving resolution from a business standpoint.
∎ System Go-Live Support:
∎ Supporting the end-users immediately after system go-live.
∎ Data Conversion Plan and execution
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Implemented ERP in Garments Production
∎ Implemented real-time data capturing Scanning/RFID tools
∎ implemented Planning/Finance module
