Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Eng (BSc in Civil Engineering is preferable)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, schedule the civil works of the projects in line with company strategy.
∎ Prepare and estimate detailed BOQ of the projects
∎ Prepare the budget estimation of the overall projects in line with the formulated BOQ & direct/indirect cost analysis and report on cost tracking
∎ Formulate an effective schedule for the construction plans and monitor construction productivity & schedule performance
∎ Identify changes in work scope in the project plan update the management.
∎ Analyses direct and indirect cost resources required to execute various activities including man-hour calculations.
∎ Liaise with construction / operations team to establish execution / method statements and reflect the same in estimation.
∎ Prepare, check, track the bills of contractors and overtime
∎ Keep the management aware of the progress of construction projects and budget estimation regularly
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction, Project Management, Project Planning, Real estate Developer
∎ Sound judgment and excellent IT skill
∎ High attention to details, ability to analyze information
∎ Superior written and verbal communication
∎ Ability to work independently and as a team
∎ Strong leadership skill, capability to work under pressure
∎ Energy, creativity, flexibility, adaptability, sincerity and honesty
∎ Hands on experience in Construction and supervision of high rise building.
