CHEMIST, Environmental Compliance, ETP, textile chemical
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To overall monitor WTP & ETP operation, procedures and maintain documentation.
∎ To monitor the hazardous wastes management.
∎ Ensure MSDS relevant applicable area.
∎ Conducting internal audit and take necessary CAP and communicate to management Conduct chemical handling training, PPE training, Emergency chemical spill drill related training;
∎ Maintain and optimize chemical dosing with jar test and minimize costing of ETP running
∎ Check dosing chemicals quality and quantity regularly and report to assigned person
∎ Familiar and Capable to run all water testing machine (for pH, DO, COD, BOD5, TSS, TDS, spectrophotometer) for regular testing of discharge water parameters
∎ Collect data and Keep record of water balance for different flow meter and energy data form utility department.
∎ Conduct ETP wastewater test periodically by DOE (Department of Environment) and Maintain ETP discharge water parameter according to DOE and ZDHC guideline
∎ Relevant document of DOE and maintain close communication with DOE
∎ Ensure the smooth operation of ETP (pumps, blower and Moto) and necessary implementation of development when required.
∎ Regular checking all machine of ETP ( pumps, blower and Moto) that are running without any mechanical problem and take necessary action if required any maintenance
∎ Any other task assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge about the ETP
∎ Good Knowledge & Skill in MS Office and ERP Software
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Chemical Management
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
∎ Must have the ability to Supervise and inspire team member
Salary: Negotiable
