Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This role drives **lead generation and brand visibility** for industrial exhibitions, tech summits, and corporate trade shows. Focuses on converting attendees into qualified B2B leads while ensuring sponsor/exhibitor ROI.
∎ Salary: 20,000-50,000
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Strategic Promotion (Pre-Event)
∎ - Develop **omnichannel marketing plans** (LinkedIn, email nurture, industry portals) to attract **(CEO, CFO, CMO, etc.) and top decision-makers (VPs, Directors) who influence high-value B2B purchases. These are strategic participants with budget authority at trade shows/conferences.**
∎ - Craft sponsor-driven content (webinars, whitepapers) to boost exhibitor value
∎ 2. On-Ground Branding (Event Execution)
∎ - Manage exhibition booths, digital displays, and live demos to match company branding
∎ - Coordinate **press briefings and media interviews** for key exhibitors
∎ - Implement **lead capture tools** (QR codes, RFID badges) integrated with CRM
∎ 3. Post-Event Engagement
∎ - Nurture leads via **15-day email/SMS sequences** (30% open rate target)
∎ - Produce **ROI reports** for sponsors (lead quality, engagement metrics)
∎ - Repurpose event content into **case studies/social snippets**
∎ 4. Team & Vendor Management
∎ - Train **brand ambassadors** on product messaging
∎ - Liaise with **AV teams, PR agencies**, and digital platforms
∎ Sample Workflow:
∎ 1. **3 Months Pre-Event:** Launch teaser campaign → Secure 40% early-bird registrations
∎ 2. **1 Month Pre-Event:** Send exhibitor promo kits → Confirm 70% sponsor content
∎ 3. **Post-Event:** Deliver lead report within 5 days → Secure 20% rebookings

∎ Ideal Candidate Profile:
