∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Studies
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ End to end portfolio management of assigned clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
∎ Portal management for central operations visibility.
∎ Attending external client/distributor/business meetings as required.
∎ Retain existing clients and contribute to overall churn management with proper documentation
∎ Contribute to manage support center SLA for customer feedback.
∎ Managing the finances of existing portfolio and aligning with the finance team.
∎ Contribute in driving value in the existing product ecosystem for business expansion.
∎ Contribute in managing the core product (VTS Panel, Controller, IOT Cloud).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Solid knowledge of client management, problem handling & business development process.
∎ An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
∎ Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and time management skills.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
