Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
cash management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining the daily transactions (Receive & Payment Statement).
∎ Balancing the daily account at the end of each day.
∎ Keep daily & monthly backup reports of transactions.
∎ Preparing Cheque Issue Report on monthly basis.
∎ Cheque Issue register posting is Tally software.
∎ Preparing monthly Head office & Factory Salary requisitions & preparing cheque against salary requisitions.
∎ Making requisition for head office expenses, factory expenses, merchandiser bills etc. are ready for signing to payment.
∎ Maintaining IOU Statement on EBS Module.
∎ Checking different supplier bills (Insurance Bills, Lab Test Bills, & Others Bill.)
∎ Preparing monthly Procurement bill requisitions with checking and ready for signing for payment.
∎ All factory & Head Office Utilities payable, All Rent A Car parties bill payable, All Diesel & Generator parties bill payable, All factory & Head Office Internet bill payable
∎ Maintaining separate Astha Salary & Party Bill payment Statement.
∎ 13. Preparing for an internal audit twice a month.
∎ Maintaining Monthly Cheque Issue Report and submit to GM (A&F) & Company Secretary & CFO Sir.
∎ Interacting with the customers that come to the desk.
∎ Trying to solve all their cash related queries
∎ Organizing all the work they do and maintaining the accounting records.
∎ Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
∎ Other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be good in MS office.
∎ Must have good communication, analytical and problem-solving skill.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English.
Salary: Negotiable
