Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in Accounting/Finance
∎ CA (CC) will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having Knowledge about Accounts Software (Tally)
∎ Receive, check & sort bills/requisition and prepare debit/credit vouchers
∎ Maintain Receipts & Payment Vouchers, Journal Voucher, Cash Book, General Ledger, Bank Book, Bill Register, Debtors & Creditors Ledger, Party Payment Registers, and Employees Register
∎ To handle cash/check received in connection with business transactions
∎ To monitor payments to vendors for goods and services timely
∎ Reconcile party balance on monthly basis
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statements and conduct banking related tasks, do all bank transactions.
∎ To maintaining file and documents related to accounts department
∎ Assist in preparing periodic (Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly) financial reports to the Management
∎ Updating company Accounting Software and preparation of different reports as required by the Management and any other related jobs as assigned by the Head of the Department.
∎ To perform any accounts related work assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Familiar with Tally - ERP
∎ MS Office program
Salary: Negotiable
