∎ Preferred Professional Certification: MS Word,Excel,Tally Software.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Accounting, Tally Software, TAX VAT.
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Problem solving and decision making, Quick learner, Tally Software, Time Management, VAT and Tax
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Tally Software, VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely processing of staff/vendors invoices and payments, manage petty cash, and proper documentation of all financial records.
∎ Timely reconciliation of Bank & G/L accounts in the accounting system.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts and registers.
∎ Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information & reconciliations.
∎ Check and validate cash balance periodically with cash book.
∎ Ensure monthly report on all sales proceeds, contributions, miscellaneous loans, staff advances.
∎ Should have knowledge on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
∎ Should be able to work independently
∎ Prepare journal entries and posting to the general ledger.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly cash-receivable reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
∎ Maintain & keep all of the books of accounts and statements accounting software Tally ERP-9.
∎ Ability to prepare various reports in excel.
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & independently can handle Accounts related work of Subsidiary Company.
∎ To prepare Income Statement cash flow statements, trial balance, financial statements etc.
∎ Verifying accounts payable and receivable.
∎ Carrying out the responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Certificates on MS Word / Excel/ PowerPoint & Tally Software.
∎ Demonstrate personal integrity, confidence, and adherence to organization culture, motivational skills, team spirit and relationship building.
∎ Teamwork skills with demonstrative abilities to both work collaboratively and to influence outcomes.
∎ Effective written and verbal communications skills that can be used with people of various backgrounds, experience, and education levels.
Salary: Tk. 13000 - 18000 (Monthly)
