∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

∎ Age 25 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Prepare vouchers for financial transactions with proper supporting documents.
∎ • Daily Cash management, preparation of payment cheques and pay orders and prepare Bank Reconciliation reports.
∎ • Capable of handling the Tax & VAT-related activities of the company, e.g., Preparation and submission of monthly VAT & TDS returns.
∎ • Manage and ensure the accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, adhering to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
∎ • Maintain fixed asset registers and stock registers.
∎ • Filling and preservation of financial vouchers and files in a confidential manner.
∎ • Ensure and arrange timely disbursement of fund cheques /cash flows.
∎ • Keep liaison with regulatory authorities and others as required by management.
∎ • Any other activities relating to finance assigned by management.
