∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Training/Trade Course: Accounting and MIS,Advance Excel,Accounting Software
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, Financial Reporting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting Data Entry, Accounting Software, Email Communications, Microsoft Office Applications, Quickbooks, Strong in MS Office (MS Word MS Excel)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving requisitions and IOU and follow required process for processing.
∎ Preparing the bank cheques and perform banking instructed by the company.
∎ Maintaining financial transactions and other registers on a daily basis using software and registers.
∎ Processing debit/credit/journal vouchers as per the given standard by the company.
∎ Voucher & data entry by using google sheets and online based accounting software.
∎ Assisting the accounts department with required financial reports.
∎ Reconcile & prepare the bank reports followed by the bank statement.
∎ Preparing invoices and maintaining smooth transactions between the company and the sales channel/clients in a smart and professional procedure.
∎ Dealing customers/clients/vendors via email, SMS & phone calls with professional etiquettes.
∎ Filling & maintaining the documents and data appropriately.
∎ Systematic accounts closing and reporting (Daily/monthly/Yearly).
∎ Performing specially given tasks given or requested by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Dedicated & loyal personality.
∎ Self-driven & result oriented.
∎ Quick learner.
∎ Adopting mentality.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
