Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/BBS & MBA/ MBS (Accounting/ Finance/ Banking)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Help to reconcile with Bank Deposit and sales as per sales register.
∎ Ensure authenticity and proper accounting head before posting in accounting software.
∎ Update voucher posting in regular basis.
∎ Ensure Source Deduction of Tax & VAT as per ITO -1984 & VAT Act -2012 and timely deposit to the Gov't Treasury.
∎ Ensures that books of accounts are properly and effectively maintained in respect of all legal requirements of the Institution, Government and according to the standard accounting practices.
∎ To provides reports timely and accurate financial information according to requirements.
∎ Maintains financial and administrative files and records.
∎ Inventory Management- Ensure Storage & Issue of Inventory in Register as well as Software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Finance & Accounts, VDS & TDS ,Export & Import, Garments, Textile, & Group of Companies.
∎ The applicant should be keen to learn.
∎ Sound knowledge on Accounting Software (Tally).
∎ Sound knowledge on VDS & TDS.
∎ Good team player.
∎ Candidate have to be energetic to work for a long time & under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Computer literacy is must (Specially in MS Office program).
Salary: Negotiable
