Human Resource Management, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Training Institutes
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selection and recruitment of trainee according to approval by top management.
∎ Maintain recruitment process such as posting job advertisement, arranging interview session, prepare employment contracts etc. aligned with local regulations, Company policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare daily recruitment Process &complete new personal file and issue ID cards for Trainee.
∎ Maintain leave & attendance records.
∎ Prepare final Payment procedure for deployed trainee.
∎ Arrange orientation program for Trainee.
∎ Prepare periodic MIS to help company take required decision on manpower optimization, cost optimization etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
