Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA/ Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drafting office orders, reports, notices, e-mails, letters, policies, meeting minutes and any other issues finalizing and circulating as per instruction.
∎ Office discipline and behavior as per company rules & Policy.
∎ Develop and implement policies and procedures on HR issues.
∎ Must be punctual in discharging duties and responsibilities.
∎ Banking work like preparing Pay Orders, depositing cheque, withdrawing cash and transporting it safely to another bank or office.
∎ Preparing income tax records and preparing documents as required by income tax lawyer.
∎ Need to prepare different reports like a holiday, night bill, Overtime & Convenience Bill, Production Disruption.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ 2-3 year(s) working experience.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacturer, Garments, Textile or Group of Company's
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Yearly Bonus(1), Festival Bonus(2), Mobile Bill, Provident Fund as per company policy.
