Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Purchase personal and office-related items as per the instructions of the Chairman or the HR department.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all purchases and submit relevant bills and receipts for accountability.
∎ Coordinate and distribute gifts, tokens, or packages from the Chairman to employees, guests, or external stakeholders.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and maintain records of all distributions.
∎ Monitor and fulfill all logistical, cleaning, and supply-related needs of the Chairman’s office.
∎ Liaise with housekeeping or facilities teams to resolve any issues promptly.
∎ Undertake various tasks assigned by the HR Department or senior management, such as document delivery, internal coordination, or assisting in event logistics.
∎ Provide general administrative support as needed during meetings, events, or special assignments.
∎ Run errands such as courier handling, item pickups, or delivering important materials within or outside the office.
∎ Maintain punctuality and ensure tasks are completed on time.
∎ Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Chairman, HR, or the management as part of daily office operations.
