Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administering all kind of admin Procedure must have knowledge.
∎ Must Have knowledge about 5S system.
∎ Implementing effective plan for admin department.
∎ Executing employee's for proper housekeeping in the factory.
∎ Maintaining a detailed record of the housekeeping work for internal and external audit purpose.
∎ Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
∎ Conducting the day-to-day operations Admin department.
∎ Ensuring all the employees comply with the admin policy.
∎ Counseling employees as and when required.
∎ Maintaining and recording employee's attendance.
∎ Performs other related duties when necessary as per the management required.
∎ Maintain all agreements on department-related license
∎ Coordinate with outside contractors and labors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
