Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Coordinate and handle day-to-day air export shipments from booking to final delivery.
∎ · Prepare shipping instructions, airway bills, invoices, and export documentation.
∎ · Liaise with airlines, clients, and customs agents for smooth cargo movement.
∎ · Ensure all documentation complies with international and destination country requirements.
∎ · Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
∎ · Resolve any issues related to delays, documentation, or airline coordination.· Maintain proper filing and data entry of shipment records.
∎ · Support the Air Export Manager in operational efficiency and service quality.
