∎ Age 22 to 32 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor passenger load in the system and prepare the order sheet accordingly.
∎ Oversee meal and ambient setup at the loading bay to ensure standards are met.
∎ Ensure timely loading and offloading of passenger meals and amenities onto the aircraft galley and hand over all items to the inflight crew as per the dispatch sheet.
∎ Collaborate with the production team to ensure the timely delivery of food items based on flight requirements.
∎ Inspect and monitor the quantity, quality, and presentation of food items received from production.
∎ Communicate with relevant departments to maintain and enhance the quality of in-flight catering services.
∎ Gather feedback from flight crew and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
∎ Ensure sufficient inventory is maintained across all units to meet operational requirements.
∎ Prepare and submit various reports on periodical operations for review and analysis.
∎ Maintain and update official documents as per organizational and operational needs.
