Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential accounts
∎ Develop strategies to expand the company’s client base and market presence to capture sustainable market share
∎ Plan and assist execute strategies to start/build/nurture client long term relationship
∎ Implement retention strategies to maximize business value from loyal customers and increase business value from new ones
∎ Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product, operations) to deliver value to clients
∎ Facilitate seamless communication between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of services
∎ Develop and execute account plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
∎ Provide insights and recommendations to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
