∎ MBA/Masters in Management / Supply Chain / Marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support in Business Development, implementation and monitoring of the stakeholder engagement framework and strategic partnerships strategy across the whole organization that builds the organizations capability to work in partnership with stakeholders, generates revenue for the company.
∎ Work with key decision makers for new or emerging product/services opportunities.
∎ Brainstorming with business development team to create business growth and new project strategies.
∎ Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
∎ Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events with market research to identifying and mapping business opportunities, strengths and customer needs.
∎ Assist developing sales goals for the development team and ensure business growth.
∎ Evaluates the deal process to deliver improvements & negotiate contracts.
∎ Preparing sales contracts / agreement by following company rules and guidelines.
∎ Possess a strong understanding of company's products/ services, competition in the industry and positioning
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via meetings, telephone calls and email
∎ Making correspondence with different govt., non-govt and corporate clients regarding company’s products
∎ Preparing different offer letter & quotation to different potential clients
∎ Developing business prospects, secure orders and build sustainable business relationships with national and international clients
∎ Liaising with Engineering, Operations, Finance and Corporate managers on the preparation and submission of risk-mitigated competitive bids
∎ Networking with people at various levels at public and private sector in the marketplace aimed at developing long-term business relationships
∎ Identifying, communicate and conduct business negotiations with local and/or global suppliers/vendors for facilitating projects requirements
∎ Preparing tender documentation including cost summary sheets, risk assessments and approval documentation.
∎ Submitting completed tender proposals to meet customer deadlines.
∎ To review inquiry documentation and assist with the formulation of order winning strategies.
∎ Providing presentable communications with clients and customer and provide them the desired level of service in answering their queries about projects related information.
