Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and curate the preopening menu, ensuring alignment with international culinary standards and members preferences.
∎ Lead the F&B production team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes.
∎ Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food cost control, and procurement.
∎ Train, mentor, and manage the kitchen staff to maintain a consistent standard of excellence.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all kitchen activities.
∎ Collaborate with the F&B service team to create a seamless dining experience for members and guests.
∎ Innovate and introduce new culinary trends and techniques to enhance the hotel's offerings.
∎ Plan and manage the kitchen budget, optimizing resources while maintaining quality.
