∎ Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field, accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Brief JD
∎ Analyzing survey reports, long-range plans, maps and other data to design new projects.
∎ Considering budget, regulations and environmental hazards during risk-analysis stage.
∎ Preparing material, equipment and labor cost estimates and confirming costs are within the budget.
∎ Forecasting design and construction timeline.
∎ Completing and submitting all permit applications to the appropriate agencies and ensuring projects are compliant throughout the design and construction stages.
∎ Managing repair and maintenance of infrastructure projects
∎ Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
∎ Resolving design and development problems
∎ Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects
∎ Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
∎ Bitopi Group is one of the largest conglomerates in Bangladesh. Currently we are looking for a Civil Engr. who will look after overall Civil related work of the group under the direct supervision of Team Head.
