∎ Proficiency in BBS preparation and understanding of reinforcement detailing
∎ Skilled in AutoCAD for reading and drafting civil/structural drawings
∎ Strong analytical and numerical abilities
∎ Effective communication and team collaboration

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) from structural drawings
∎ Interpret architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD to extract required quantities
∎ Liaise with architects, engineers, and project managers for information and project clarification
∎ Assist in tendering processes, including BOQ preparation and ERP uploading
∎ Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil construction projects
∎ Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes for comparison and selection
