∎ Experience in a similar position in reputed Pharma companies will be considered an added advantage.
∎ Strong working knowledge of procurement, invoice processing and payment functions.
∎ Well-versed with all commercial tasks and regulations.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English (Written & Verbal), along with strong Interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, e-mail, and internet browsing.
∎ Efficiency, flexibility, high level of professionalism and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented approach to assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven and hardworking.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage all aspects of primary and secondary packaging procurement and planning.
∎ Source and develop suppliers for packaging materials, ensuring quality and compliance.
∎ Coordinate requisitions, placement of orders, and issuance of work orders.
∎ Prepare comparative statements (CS) for procurement decisions.
∎ Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms.
∎ Conduct part assessments to ensure quality and compatibility with production requirements.
∎ Handle the purchase of capital machinery with spare parts and its maintenance items.
∎ Source and develop reliable suppliers for Capital machinery and spare parts.
∎ Collaborate closely with the engineering team to meet electrical & maintenance and operational needs.
∎ Work in synergy with production, engineering, and other departments to forecast requirements and streamline operations.
∎ Ensure smooth communication and efficient problem resolution.
∎ Maintain detailed records of procurement, vendor agreements, and inventory levels.
∎ Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and quality standards.
