Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare Local Export Documentation:
∎ Prepare and organize all necessary local export documentation.
∎ Ensure acceptance and monitor payment maturity dates.
∎ EPB Documentation Preparation:Prepare documents for REX, GSP, SAFTA, and EPB Certificates of Origin (CO).
∎ Ensure all necessary certificates are issued accurately.
∎ Chamber CO Preparation:Prepare the Chamber Certificates of Origin (CO).
∎ Ensure certificates are properly issued.Export Documentation:
∎ Prepare the export documentation, including EXP.
∎ Ensure duplicate EXPBill of Lading (BL):Check the Bill of Lading (BL) details for accuracy.
∎ Collect the original BL as required.
∎ Prepare Local Export Documentation:
∎ Prepare and organize all necessary local export documentation.
∎ Ensure acceptance and monitor payment maturity dates.
