Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Negotiate with suppliers, Opening L/C, Insurance processing, dealing with C&F agents and Forwarding Agent.
∎ Preserve, maintain and deliver all sort of import documentation.
∎ Maintain communication with importer through email and phone communication.
∎ Follow up and provide LC to supplier within stipulated time-frame.
∎ Maintain liaison with BTRC, customs and other related government officials.
∎ Coordinate with Inspection Company, C&F agent and freight forwarder.
∎ Strong negotiation & documentation skills for BTRC related works.
∎ Maintaining critical liaison with suppliers, Port authority, Shipping agent, and Bank.
∎ Work closely with Accounts department.
∎ Other jobs & responsibilities as desired by the Management from time to time.
