Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attend all inbound/outbound calls on time. Comply telephone etiquette with clear voice & Appropriately greet all the calls . Identify the needs of patients, resolve issues, and provide solutions. Ensure to follow the service script provided by the company for uniformity. Be well-read on company policies ,services and the website for FAQs or service related queriesMaintain good patient relations. Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets. Maintain records of the conversations with the patients and analyze the data. Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and service queries.
