Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Applicants need to communicate through incoming/outgoing call to USA clients. Able to handle multi-tasking: clients enquire, reporting, documenting.
∎ Making appointments, follow up with new/existing clients.
∎ Need to process clients applications/documentations.
∎ Need to communicate with various insurances companies and other vendors.
∎ Duty Time: Night-shift Mon to Fri (7 PM to 3 AM.)
