Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Executive CR
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Communication with the clients as per office requirement over phone.
∎ 2. Communication with the clients as per office Requirement physically visits.
∎ 3. Physically visit to the existing or upcoming clients for Collect Installment,
∎ provide documents, or of money receipts etc.
∎ 4. willing to visit project side time to time as per office Requirement
∎ 5. Must be able to maintain Relationship with the Concern office as well as
∎ Pushpodhara Head office.
∎ 6. Maintain all the files of the clients updated time to time as when required &
∎ monthly.
∎ 7. Maintain Vehicle movement, Fuel Vehicle related documents in Bills, Vouches,
∎ Toll slip, fuel & Bill receipts etc.
∎ 8. Maintain Close Relationship with Bank for official Business Purpose.
∎ 9. As when bound to Compete Management Requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Develop strategic planning, procedures and guidelines in compliance with local laws and regulations and ensure its implementation.
∎ Deal with local community, land broker, local and government authorities.
∎ Ensure safety & security system and security personnel management.
∎ Ensure employees' PMS, compensations and benefits and other HR related activities.
∎ Ensure accommodation, food and logistics of all kinds of employees as per management instruction.
∎ Ensure safety of all import, civil materials and Monitor & Supervise civil material incoming & outgoing.
∎ Ensure proper purchases process, verification, store and inventory management of all purchased materials.
∎ Ensure accommodation of suppliers & Sub-Contractors, monitoring and reporting
∎ Arrange & facilitate training for skill development.
∎ Develop supportive system for all departments and employees.
∎ Prepare point wise summary report every day and send to management.
∎ Ensure food management, canteen management, transport management.
∎ Ensure smooth operation in all logistic support.
∎ Ensure proper communication with top management regarding trip management, logistic management.
∎ Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
∎ Ensure employee's health-hygiene, safety and welfare issues.
∎ Ensure welfare, work environment safety and compliance etc.
∎ Other activities as per management instructions.
