Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Verbally communicate with the customers
∎ Communicate with the customers through email effectively
∎ Receive order from Marketing personnel
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer reports and transactions
∎ Follow up on customer reports to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
∎ Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
∎ Continuously update information on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
∎ A renowned Group of Company is looking for potential candidates as Executive- Customer Service for its Accessories Company to perform Customer Service related job activities at Head office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka.
∎ Verbally communicate with the customers
