Job Context:
∎ International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessory. ITL Group has global operations in 14 countries over 35 years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
∎ ITL-BD is seeking young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization`s goal.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after designated Chain/RBO/Vendors.
∎ Ensure proper communication in email and over phone.
∎ Execute vendors orders within the time frame.
∎ Daily basis follows up with the vendors for payment and other documents collection.
∎ Daily basis follows up with the operation to make goods ready as per vendors requirements.
∎ Prepare a report weekly basis and share with the supervisor (LC/UD/BOE and other's).
∎ Raise delivery challan to dispatch their orders from ITL factory.
∎ Closely follow up with the specific complain received from vendors and resolve within the time frame.
∎ Visit any vendors whenever needed.
∎ Try to meet customer demand and have cross-selling mindset.
∎ Train new employees.
∎ Communicate with the overseas team whenever needed.
∎ Ensure enough support to sales team to grab new business.
∎ Any other work assigned by the Supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Experience in Garments / Garments Accessories Industries.
∎ Must be proficient in Computer skills in MS office (especially in Excel)
∎ Excellent in Bangla and English - both spoken and written.
∎ Leadership skills.
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent time management skills and Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Planning, organizing & prioritizing skills.
