Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction on queries.
∎ Responsible for making outbound and follow-up calls.
∎ Taking product orders from customers.
∎ Order placement in to software.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries regarding product quality, complaints, and feedback.
∎ Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or social media. Maintaining high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.
∎ Will be capable of sales monitoring.
∎ Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
∎ Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
∎ Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
∎ Responding to calls on public holidays and weekends.
∎ Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/higher authority.
