Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally .
∎ Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner .
∎ Making basic outbound call campaigns.
∎ Take inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide
∎ proper information to the customers.
∎ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
∎ Coordinate order processing .
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have to be capable of handling customer queries/complaints instantly.
∎ Communicate with customers regularly in an appropriate accent.
∎ Applicants have to be energetic and have good communication skills.
∎ Must be able to work by rostered shift.
∎ Have a positive attitude and be self-motivated.
∎ Willing to work under pressure and meet challenges.
∎ Need fluency in both Bangla and English
∎ Require non-voice (written) skills to support the digital communication team if required.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
