∎ ACI Motors is looking for energetic candidates to ensure proper coordination with dealers and monitor Vehicle Tracking System (VTS)
∎ Job Location: Head office , Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly dealer and field-force performance reports.
∎ Maintain regular communication with dealers.
∎ Ensure timely installation of the Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) in new/used vehicles.
∎ Check VTS regularly and align the field force and customers with vendors for the repair and maintenance of vehicles.
∎ Identify and Inform supervisors about any device manipulation and follow the company's policies and procedures in taking appropriate actions.
∎ Terminate VTS from the company's account at the end of the credit term.
∎ Reconcile monthly subscription fees submitted by the VTS vendors.
∎ Prepare and submit weekly tracking reports, distance reports, and other relevant data to the supervisor and recovery team.
∎ Identify critical customers and notify the field force.
∎ Assist the field force while capturing vehicles by providing necessary tracking information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in dealer/sales coordination role.
∎ Experience in VTS or any other relevant software will be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent communication and social skills.
∎ Expertise in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
∎ Flexibility to travel within Bangladesh.
