Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s Degree in Fine Arts/ Graphic Design/ Multi-media or any other relevant disciplines
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep up with the design trends in both print and digital media, user Interface, color and font usage etc.
∎ Prepare social media contents (write-up, infographic and video) for both organization and project level activities
∎ according to social media strategy.
∎ Overall management of social media pages (posting content, reply, comments and messages).
∎ Blog and news article preparation for website and social media.
∎ Plan and prepare branding materials (Brochure, Flayer, Annual Reports, Notepad, Calendar etc.)
∎ Maintain content calendar and branding materials inventory.
∎ Design documents produced by Research and Knowledge Management Division (e.g., reports, posters, brochures, One-pagers, Invitation cards)
∎ Prepare designs according to the demand of the team members and finalize them incorporating feedbacks of the team members.
∎ Take on special design tasks to support multiple projects (e.g., illustrations and infographics)
∎ Conduct field visits to take photos, videos; and prepare social media contents.
∎ Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least two years of practical experience of working as a graphic designer/ Digital Content Developer in media agency, production house and any other relevant industries.
∎ Must have experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Premiere Pro.
∎ Ability to take photos and videos and prepare high-quality promotional videos by applying video-editing software.
∎ Knowledge of design techniques, source of design materials, source of design inspiration etc.
∎ Ability to work well within a team.
∎ Time management skills.
∎ Demonstrate excellence in verbal and written communication
∎ Have knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
∎ Have the ability to coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously
∎ Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
∎ Be a self-starter and can lead a team
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and the outcome of the recruitment assessment.
