Call Center, Customer Care, Customer Support through Phone, Data Entry, telesales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, E-commerce
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide customer service over phone
∎ Telemarketing
∎ Develop Digital Marketing Strategy
∎ Analyze segment/area wise sales trend and develop promotional strategy
∎ Employee performance monitoring
∎ Prepare product / customer / market /department -wise target vs actual report
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Working Experience in digital marketing , social network , data analysis , Business development , market survey , and customer services will get extra preference
∎ Above average intelligence
