Job Context:
∎ A large 100% Export oriented RMG UNIT is looking for Executive Director
∎ The Management of a reputed Group Company owning large 100% Export oriented both Woven and Knit RMG units is looking for Qualified & Dynamic Executive Director for immediate appointment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be sole responsible of Production Planning, Production, Quality- control and Shipment of goods on time.
∎ The selected candidates as Top man of the factory will monitor and ensure all compliance matters, safety & security and discipline of the factory.
∎ The selected candidates will run the factory as per rules and regulation of the company, by abiding the compliance requirements and Govt: laws.
∎ The selected candidate must be target oriented and cost conscious.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must have 8-10 years working Experience as a TOP MAN of any RMG unit having minimum 25-30 lines/ 3000-3500 workers.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Compliance issues and labour laws.
∎ Must have good communication skill in English & Bangla.
∎ Must have experience in handling 3000-3500 workers in RMG industry.
∎ Foreign Nationals residing in Bangladesh may apply.
∎ Must be computer literate.
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
Salary: Negotiable
