∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the smooth operations of the entire Spinning unity.
∎ Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity of the entire production by ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Ensure achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets for the respective unit within given time-frame.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge to run a 70,000 spindles mills independently.
∎ Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency.
∎ Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
∎ Exhibit knowledge of layout planning, production process management while maintaining production schedule to adhere to shipment timelines.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance through process and technology improvement as well as facilitate procurement of compatible equipment and machinery.
∎ Control the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper planning.
∎ Ensure production of quality yarns.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities to ensure zero NC.
∎ Supervise production floor for highest level of productivity given by management.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by Top Management as per company requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experiences in production and quality control of Ring Spinning Mills producing 100% polyester, PC & CVC yarns out
∎ Strong leadership capability, self-driven & team building efficiency.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong technical knowledge on Spinners Mills.
∎ Detail knowledge on Production, Shipment planning and Manpower estimation.
∎ Knowledge of Internet & E-mail and other MS office programs.
∎ Knowledge of labor laws and other applicable statutory compliance.
Salary: Negotiable
